Hi, Dr. Warrick here, and congratulations on choosing to do this 28-day heart health challenge. Well, what's it all about? Well, the long and the short of it is heart disease takes too many people prematurely. Prematurely meaning too early before they're, well, before they're ready to go, really. So I really want to give you hints, tips, guidance, advice, something. that'll make sure we reduce your risk of an event that could take you away before you're ready to go. Of course, there'll be heaps of motherhood statements in here, and I'm almost certainly going to tell you stuff that you've heard already, but I bet you probably need to hear it again. Look, I'll be talking about diet. I'll be talking about exercise. I'll be covering stress, all those bits and pieces, and covering them in a bit of detail. But towards the end of this challenge, I'm going to be talking about risk and how we evaluate your risk most precisely. This is really, really important because people can look really fit and well on the outside, yet have problems with their arteries. I'm going to give you some details around that and just make sure that you're across what you need to do for yourself and your loved ones to make sure you don't have a surprise. Look, each day is going to have a task. Each day is going to have some resources and there'll even be extra resources on some of those days. So please take advantage of it. I'm really looking forward to being with you over this next number of weeks and look forward to getting you to the end and making a real and meaningful difference in your life. I really do hope you live as well as possible for as long as possible. Enjoy the challenge, take care and bye for now.
